Why do you inform me that I have to pay additional costs for international shipping?

Cata Store does not charge additional fees for international shipping. This does not mean that you should not cancel additional fees to those stipulated during your purchase, since those additional fees correspond to the duties and taxes determined by each country.

If you are required to pay an additional fee upon delivery, please check the fee details with the delivery agent. Under normal circumstances, this fee may be the cost incurred during customs clearance. This fee is the responsibility of the customer. When the shipment arrives in your country, the laws in force in your country establish the taxes and duties to be canceled.

Who should bear the fee?

A tariff is a tax that is applied to imported goods and services. It is the fee charged by the government of each country to people who buy products abroad. The payment fee is the obligation of the importer (buyer). Cata Store does not assume any type of fee for this type of concept. Please check your country’s customs laws for more details.

Can I refuse to pay the fee

According to the customs laws of each country, the payment of duties is the obligation of the importer (buyer). If you refuse to pay the fees, the customs in your country will not deliver the package to you. In this case, Cata Store will not be responsible for any related payment and will not be able to refund the money of your purchase.
