Return Policies
Our priority is the total satisfaction of our clients. We gladly accept returns within 15 days of receipt of purchased items.
Return instructions:
1. When you identify your dissatisfaction with the items purchased, please notify them immediately. You can make your notification via E-mail, by phone or through our contact section. When you notify, please indicate the name of the article and the reasons why you are dissatisfied.
2. After receiving your return or exchange notification, our customer service team will contact you.
3. Drop off the package at the local post office.
4. When we receive the returned package, the items will be inspected to make sure they are in original condition.
5. Refund and exchange will be processed within 24 hours to 7 business days once the return package is received. (Processing time depends on the payment method and the bank). Original shipping costs and return shipping costs will not be refunded.
6. Make sure merchandise is unworn, unwashed, unmodified, with labels and packaging. Promotional accessories and gifts must be returned together.
7. The return cost is borne by the buyer, who does not accept cash on delivery.
8. For returned products, we will refund the customer the full fee for the product upon receipt. (If the product is a free shipping product, we will deduct the shipping cost. Refunded amount must be = product price – original shipping).
9. Products on sale are not accepted for return or exchange.
