Free shipping: Applies for purchases over € 100 for shipments within Italy. (Does not apply for shipments to other countries)

Our shipments are fast and safe.
Orders will be processed within a maximum period of two days from the verification of the payment of your purchase; Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Upon completion of the order, you will be sent a tracking number to check the delivery status of your package. You will also find this number in the order details area of ​​your account in our shop www.catastore.it

Order tracking

Normally our courier takes 24/48 hours. One more day for remote areas and islands. When your package is ready, it will be shipped and you will receive a confirmation email through which you can track your order or access the order section of your personal area.

Shipping costs

The cost of shipping is € 5.00 in Italy if the payment is made online.

In any case, we remind you that shipping is free for orders over € 100, if the shipment is made to an address within Italy.

Shipping times

For all orders placed during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday), the shipment will be made on the first working day (Monday). The delivery time for Calabria, Basilicata, Sardinia, Sicily and smaller islands is at least 3 days.
If the recipient is absent even on the second home delivery attempt, the assistant will leave a notice with the references of the post office or Operations Center where the shipment is in storage. The stock lasts 7 working days and is free.
