1. Shipping

At Cata Store, every piece is unique, and so is the journey it takes to reach you.

• Delivery Times: Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours. Delivery across Italy typically takes 3-5 business days.
• Shipping Costs: Free shipping on orders over €100, For smaller orders, a flat rate of €10,50 applies.
• Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

2. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with your artisanal purchase. If for any reason you are not, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

• Conditions: The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging and Wayuu community tags attached.
• Process: Contact us at info@catastoreit.it or 3893170628 with your order number for return instructions.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
